Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Socialytics platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Description of Service

Socialytics provides a quantum-powered social intelligence platform that enables users to analyse social media data, generate insights, deploy autonomous monitoring agents, and access predictive analytics. Services are provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage.

Account Registration

To use our platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute access without authorisation

Credit System

Platform usage is governed by a credit system. Credits are consumed when you access data, execute analyses, deploy agents, or generate outputs. Credit allocations and consumption rates vary by subscription tier and activity type. Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your subscription agreement.

Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Socialytics platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by Socialytics and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide our services. Insights and analyses generated by the platform are licensed to you for your use.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. Enterprise tier customers may have specific SLA guarantees as defined in their agreements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
